Gettin a S/C in about a year. A kenne bell or a centrifugal?
ok well in a year i'm gettin a s/c kit. I know the roots/twin screw's produce much more lower end TQ, and i kno that centri's are more in the upper rpms.
Heres my question. What would you guys get? >2.1 KB full kit >vortech mongoose kit >procharger w/ intercooler >or the novi 2000 kit I'm just lookin for around 400-425 RWHP and it'll be daily driven.

Like HMUSN said, kenne bell is the way to go however I went with the vortech v2 and liked that I could control the boost at low rpm. Besides 400+ hp is no problem pulley size is all. Good luck dude.

I vote KB..... for daily driving the neck snapping torque at any RPM is unreal.

so sir kenny seems to have the lead.
where can i find the cheapest complete kit? i've checked MPH and its like 6,900... which might be a little more than i'm gonna be willing to spend, cuz i'm gonna need a tune and plus the installation.

As for the install. If you can follow instructions and can change your oil/ spark plugs on your own you can install the KB. Its step by step and so easy a cave man can do it. ( copyright GEICO ) I'm still waiting to settle my claim to pull the KB off my car but I should have it pulled, cleaned and ready to sell some time in the next 2 weeks. Only think wrong with mine is the intercooler needs repaired (shouldn't cost much at a radiator shop) and the K&N filter on it is jacked up. But I will have a complete kit for sale. I might even pull the whole ECU out of the car so if someone wanted to run on that ECU at least you know it will run a lil rich.
