will i need bigger injectors?

Just searched and couldnt really find anything that would help me... Anyways my setup is a kb 9psi kit running at 11psi at high rpm. 75mm tb, 90mm mass air, stage 2 blower cams, boost a pump, on a vt built bottom end. Rest of the mods in the garage. Will 36# injectors work or should i bump up to 42#?

Going to the tuner Monday and would like to not run out of fuel and have to get parts and pay for another tune. Also i might be bumping the pulley up to a 14psi pulley in the future would i need it then?

i would say better safe than sorry. especially if you are thinking of bumping up to 14 lbs later on.

I would think you could get away with 32's- which might be easier on your idle setting, but the 42's should def. accomodate your needs.

I'd say set up to the 42's. Your gunna be right around the 500rwhp + with 9psi (i'm assuming) witch is pushing it for the 36ers.

I'm going to make a guess. with the 9 psi pulley I'll say you'll hit 536 rwhp. if you up it to the 14 psi pulley I'd guess you'll scare 630 rwhp.

Let us know what he gets!

I think that 36lbs should be fine to start with. I have a 2.6 and KB sent me 36lb injectors. I bumped up to 72. A good gouge is found on the RPM outlet page as to how to figer out what sixe you need, than bump it up one. Make sure you have both an air/fuel mixture gauge and an EGT gauge. another gauge that is essential is a fuel pressure gauge. I might be preaching to the court. But for what it's worth.
