For a complete swap you need need to get new mounts...not quite sure if the cobra engine is mounted in the same manner as the GT engine, I heard it can be a very complicated ordeal. It will definately need a new computer and will need to be rewired (Its a pain in the ass). Personally, I would look into getting a supercharger or a turbo for the engine you already have. There's alot of potential there your overlooking. In the long run it would definately be cheaper to go with an aftermarket supercharger ($2000-$3000), but if getting a completely new engine is the way your planning to go I would definately contact a place that specializes in that type of swap.
