"pinging" noise after clutch change?

I had recently had my T/O bearing and clutch changed out, and ever since I got the car back, when I accelerate normally from a dead stop, I get a random pinging noise. It kinda sounds like if you were to put a washer or something small into a coffee can and spin it. I attempted to get a buddy to lay under my car and look for something when I accelerated, but he told me to go fuck myself

Anyone have any idea what this could be?

1. Get a new friend. Damn fair weather friends. lol

2. It sounds like the pilot bearing may be bitched, or something went wrong on the install. Maybe even a defucktive to bearing.

In my head I put the washer in the coffee can, its more like a metallic grinding sound, Im not sure what you're hearing but I know that if the throwout bearing is not slightly greased before installing, it can make that exact sound but only upon depression and removal of the clutch pedal...Is it happening when you're off the clutch? Is it all OEM clutch replacement parts? In other words not knock-offs or remanufactured pieces?
