Brake Issue

Hey I just did a full brake job on my 01 Cobra w/ Zinc-Coated Cross-Drilled/Slotted Rotors & Ceramic Pads (Also painted the calipers black, looks sick BTW) and I have a little issue. Everything was running great when I left the shop but about half way home I noticed the car shake a little when I'd brake from 50+ or under hard braking. When I got like 2 minutes from home it got worse. Anyone have an idea of what this could be???

NO NO NO! I'm not that stupid...

Just coming to a gradual stop it was doing it last night. I drove it today and it seemed fine but I wasn't getting on the brakes that hard at all. It seemed as if the problem has been cured some how some way but I'll post something tonight after I get home from class...
