I just got back from vacation!!!

I just got back from LA, CA, it was a very fun trip! What made it even more exciting was that I finally got to test my car at sea level!!! See, I come from northern CO just a little north of MustangMatt96GT, we are both above 5000 ft. I couldn't believe the power difference and the sound. It was fucking awesome!!!

Now that I'm back home I miss all that extra power, I really felt like I gained 50 ponies. I knew that altitude had an effect on my power, but I didn't realize it made that much of a difference. When first ran at Bandimere (almost 6000 ft) I ran a 15.5 (with bad synchros), and I was like, "Damn... I thought I was a half way decent driver, but that time sucks". Now I reqalize it's just the altitude. I feel a low 14, very high 13 if I ran at sea level.

OK, then why didn't you find a track while you were at sea level? LOL

That would have been nice, but I was very busy the whole time. I know you're supposed to relax during vacation, but there was so much I wanted to do.

Are you one of those guys that plan out your vacation minute to minute so no time is wasted?

YES...

Nah, I had an idea of what I wanted to do, but didn't know when I wanted to do all those things.
