A couple new little details

I added a couple new little details to the car yesterday after I waxed it. Should have done it before because I wound up smudging up the whole car again. LOL I added the 4.6L V8 hood decal, new side badges and removed the ford symbol on the rear to put on the 4.6L high perfomance emblem. I also tinted the tail lights with tint film. They aren't perfect, but they look fine. I think I was sent the wrong ones because I order the 20% and these look more like the 35% to me. I'm considering this in silver for the rear. LOL ( the lower sticker not the one on the window) The silver 'BULLITT' decal for the front window is on the way.

Looks nice! I agree on the tail light tint. Looks a little lighter than most cars that have that on their lights. If I had a black car that would be one of the first things I would do to the outside. Badass if you ask me.

It only needs to be as fast as the cars I choose to race. Only a dummy races everything that pulls up next to him at the light. I believe the old saying is choose your battles carefully. I usually know who I can take and who I can't. Of course there are those damn sleepers. LOL

+1

And then if you choose to race someone and lose, don't be a bitch about it afterwards. Show some respect and give the guy a thumbs up or a wave.

+10, the way a person acts upon losing really gives insight into their character.

I've never lost to anyone and not talked to them either afterward or before hand. One guy asked me to pull over and we talked about cars for like a half hour on the side of the road. LOL I never bought the car to be king sh*t of the road. :wink

Nice job dude. Decals look sweet! Question though....your side sohc badge where it replaces your gt badges....is it reverse on the passenger side? I looked at that badge but didnt know if the shape was a mirror image on both sides. Hope you can make sense of this question.

Yeah they are like a mirror image of each other. Both of them have that part that points forward, not one forward and the other one backward.

Not the next mod, but it will be done by spring.

Thank you everyone for the comments. I do have a question though. I was considering getting the car painted the same color because I have road rash all over the front and various scratches and chips here and there. When I sold my wheels the kid said I should get it wet sanded instead. He said they would wet sand it and re-clear coat it and it would look good as new. Anyone on here ever had it done or know how well the end result is? He said it is the diference between a couple hundred dollars and over $1000.

Looks real good man. I actually like how your taillights look, being how you can still see red through them.

Oh and, Change that flaming horse to a silver one!

I took the silver one off and put it in a box where it will stay. The flaming pony is one of the first things people notice and it sets me aparts from the masses. I wouldn't have bought it if I didn't like it. :wink
