White SMoke, ran compression test...

I have a procharger on my engine low miles. ANyways just got it tuned on tuesday took it out to the track and ran like a bat outta hell for the first two runs than on my last run of the night i put it into fourth gear and it felt as though i slapped it into second. The car shook really hard than shut down. I got it towed home and tried to start it again and my buddy said it had white smoke coming out of the pipes. Shit i thought head gaskets? I ran a compressions test all 8 spark plugs were reading from 155 - 163 psi. So that made me wonder, could my sct chip have just failed or something? when i start the car it idles really bad, eventually shutting off. Anybody had this problem or can help me out with solutions? I checked the oil and it has a gassy smell to it. My spark plugs are really black, but the car was running rich though with my tune. When i run the car for its short time period my wideband reads off the charts rich before it shuts down. IT kinda runs like it did when i first started my car with its 42 lb injectors and procharger fora few seconds without the chip.

check and make sure all of your clamps and hoses for the charger are on properly, and there are no air leaks.. sounds like it could be a MAF sensor problem maybe?? it could be thinking that there is way more air getting in and therefore be dumping too much gas into the engine..

YEs my tuner called from AFI performance in Edmonton and said the exact same thing, he said check my MAF, he said its defintly a tube just falling off, i checked it and he was right, car runs like a champ all that wasted time checking compression geez. Anyone looking for perfomance in Edmonton area should give AFI a call and ask for Martin, he called me before i called him just b/c he heard something happened with my car and got my problem fixed in no time.

Now that's fixed I'd run some sea foam through it to clean off the spark plugs.

Good to hear you go it back running. You can definatly use the sea foam to clean the plugs. Personally i would just change them out, just to make sure they are good.
