Cam selection


ok guys, this is my last cam post, i promise. lol

all mods in sig

will be P&P over winter. maybe shorties if i can get the money.

what cams would be best?

here are specs

VT

stage 2 specs

-.560/.575 lift, 225/235 .050" duration, 108 LSA

And here's the crower cam specs

62801-2 Stage 2

Hot street profile. Emphasis on mid range. Spring Recommended.
RPM range: 1250 to 6000+ on 4.6L, 5.4L will be lower. 254 Lobe 258

268 Valve 272 208 Lobe 212

224 Valve 228 .559 / .570
