iv got a 2002 gt 5-speed. i chang my oil every 3K and do all the mantince stuff, u take care of it it takes care of u, but whats up with additive.... r they crap, like FI cleaners and all that stuff, iv heard they can gung up your engine and oil changes every 3-4K is just as evective. iv also heard of getting a fule tank of Amaco 93 can help to???

Some additives are ok, others are bad. It just depends on what your adding, weather you really need it, and what reputation the company that made it has.

I use seafoam as my cleaner. I acutally think that i am going to do it today before I have to go get my oil changed this weekend

Cant beat BG products, but they are harder to find. Might have to go to a shop/dealership.

make sure u put it in the tube that goes from the plenum to the PCV in the valve cover. Also make sure that u take off the tube at the PCV and put it in so it goes through the Plenum. I did it the other wya around and its just like putting it in ur oil!

it shouldn't..........u just need to change ur oil 100 miles later to clean out all the crap u loosen up
