AM is supposed to be changing it on thier site, but in the mean time they are giving me shit over reurning thr unused flywheel. They are trying to charge me a 30% restocking fee because they don't normallly take back flywheels and the amount they paid for the orginal S&H. I still have to call them again because the flywheel is unopened. Apparently that makes a difference.

Who did you talk to? And why do I vaguely remember this? Hmm....maybe you talked to me...? At any rate, if it is unopened, we'll take it back even though we're not supposed to.

What we tell people is that we'll make an exception, and if we receive it back and it has clearly been opened, there will be a restocking fee.

Will do. They told me that on the phone. I got it back last week and just forgot to call back. He never opened it because he had the packing slip that came with all the other stuff. I've spent like $1800 on AM in like 2 months. It is good to see people that take care of their customers.
