a tune is what you need desperatly. udp's would be a good investment too. the 75mm t/b isnt hurting you, you would just be able to utilze the 70mm better. the 70 will help keep the velocity, but its not worth the hassle to buy another t/b. the induction peices are good, the manifold is overboard for your set up. you need heads and cams to fully take advantage and utilze the intake manifold. the induction is flowing good, but the heads and cams are choking the full potential. boost will be where your intake will really shine. your exhaust is good, but lt's would make it a lot better.

Heads and Cams will kill your gas mileage. It'll run angrier, but it'll eat lots of gas.

If you decided to throw on some headers, go with LTs. There's only one brand out there (I believe it's JBA) of shorties that I've seen comparable dyno numbers to long tubes. Although it was fairly close the numbers were still lower.

If you do go that route, I'm fairly certain you'll have to drop the k-member to install 'em. Not a bad idea to get a tubular at that point. But dropping it and reinstalling it isn't as bad as it sounds. Just time consuming.
The BBK tuned headers are supposed to be pretty good too.
