Pro-charger on a 99GT

If my car ran the best of a 13.91 at 96mph with only a coldair what kind of numbers could i expect with a p1sc and nothing else. Street tires and no gear. I can also drive my car very well. I would only run around 8psi w/intercooler. would the car go into the 12's?

it might go high 12. i have a procharger p1sc but if your gonna spend the money on one, spend the extra 400 bux and get the d1 upgrade cuz one of these days youll need it. imy p1sc with 10 psi and some other work went 11.20@121. but now that i havea built motor that candle a lot more boost i wish i had the d1 cuz my p1 will be maxed out

i drive the car on the weekends and i have gone throgh the whole race car money pit thing. I want a reliable(no real such thing) as possible street car that will burn the tires all through 2nd. I will plan on a set of 4.10's but no dr's or slicks. mybe a cat-back but for the most part stock. I would like to get a sct tuner after the blower, what do you think of the tuners?

you have to have a tuner f you go forced induction, and i also think of them as a way to let you limp to get a custom tune. if your doing a blower setup, get a custom tune. well worth the money. well your times will hurt having reg radials on there and it wont be that fast and it will burn all the way through 2nd gear. put a good rearend in there and maybe some axles and put drs on it. 4.10 with FI is too uch gear imp. i run 3.73 and i freakin love em. i had a 97 cobra that had a vrtech blower and the 4.10 were way to much. crossed the line well into 5th gear. and the top speed was only something like 135-140

now the custom tune comes from the dyno onto the tuner, or you contact the tuner company and they program you a tune? I see what your sayin w/ the 4.10's and the blower, and since i still have a set of nitto's laying around i guess they couldnt hurt. The only thing is their 17's but would be alot better then street radials.

How hard was it to fit the intercooler and cutting or major modifications?
