It is but i cant get the coil off the plug.

ok well do you have a multimeter? you can test it right on the plug rather then removing it but i HIGHLY suggest you don't grind that off the bolt that connects the coil on plug is stripped and stuck into the metal its supposed to fasten to it would just continue to be stuck if u ground it off.

on the left side of the pic right under the fuel rail the coil pack is right there it says motorcraft on it

ok yah i see it. yah dont grind that nut off or u will be fucked to get the rest of it out. test that coil right on the car so if u dont got to remove it then u dont have to. unless you getting after market COP pull the wire off of it and put a ohm meter on it if the coil is good it will read a value of .55 ohms for primary resistance and secondary should be 5.5k ohms anything higher or lower and the coil is bad.

its the plug thats fucked.once the top of the bolt head is off, the coil slides right off.bolt just goes through the hole to hold it down.its not threaded to it.

my friend has a 97 trans am with about 3grand in it.we are neck and neck on the steet up to about 110 thats when his 6 speed kicks my ass.so my cars gotta be on point.

Those are hit or miss in fords im running them right now and they give me a lope at idle on ocassion... they were great for the first 5000k tho
