check engine light has been on/off for a week and no cure.

well last monday I had a check engine light for a p1409 EGR vacume regulator circuit fault. the little machine at auto zone said it was a dealer code so i came and looked it up here. LOng story short my vacume lines are good. I replaced my DPFE sensor, egr valve, and my EVR control valve. and it still runs wrong. what do i need to do now? i am lost. the only thing it could be is an electrical connection or a air line behind the engine i cant see.

the car idles really bad and when i let off the gas it lunges consistantly.

anyone have any idea?

have you checked to see if the egr diaphragm is moving freely? it may not be a problem with the vacume circuit but the diaphragm its self could be jammed
