I'm getting ready to install mine, so i'll let you know. It does have the best ratings on Mustangmods.com, and alot of people on here love it. I can tell you this much, it's great quality, and ships with everything you need for install.

it will make your shifts a hell of a lot shorter than your stock shifter.

you don't need to touch your tranny fluid when installing it.

you can take the stops off since the t-3650 has internal shift stops.

It will make for smoother shifting, and you won't miss 2nd or 3rd gear anymore. You remove the stops.

Yes, remove the stops completely, because your 3650 tranny already has them built in.

It won't make much of a difference, it will only stronger, and have less flex and bending, but I wouldn't buy it unless your purchasing a clutch upgrade.

It cost me $199.00 because I wanted 2 day shipping. I ordered it the Monday, and got it this morning at 9a.m., and I live in NY.

Mine was here in less than a week. Definitly worth the money. One of the best mods I did for my car. The shifter will be really stiff at first, but as you use it and it losens up it makes shifting so easy. I also just put on a Spec Stage 1 clutch and an aluminum flywheel and my car shifts so easy now. It's sweet! I advise changing the transmission fluid while the shifter is off if you have never changed it before. You don't have to, but it is the easiest way to do it. Royal Purple FTW! :award
