I don't know about the power end but I am sure it will be very close if not no lose at all. As far as sound they are plenty loud. That is the set up on my car with bassani mufflers also and I have the baffles out. It is very loud and I get a ton of compliments on the sound.

It has a different sound and tone then 90% of the stangs on the road. I am sure you will like it.

It will be a little quieter, with a different sound.

with power you will lose like 1 hp with how effective high flow cats are at flowing air the gains and losses are very minimal.

You will lose a minimal amount of HP, but the tone of your exhaust will sound a little deeper. i plan to put the cats back on my Bassani X when I get my Bassani mid length headers.
