THrottle body and Plenum question


does getting a bigger throttle body and plenum autualy do anything or is it a waste of money?? like how much horsepower do u actualy get and is ur throttle reponce better plz let me know thx

By looking at the setup you would think the gains would be minimal. I thought the same thing until I put mine on....Holy Sheet what a difference!!! Better throttle response and a great "seat of the pants" feel!

I went with the Accufab setup, but I have heard the same results from Professional Products, BBK, C&L, ect.

Make sure you get the 75mm Throttlebody. Even if you are going to stay N/A it is waaaaaaay better than the 70mm.

i heard that 75 can acutally hurt u and how much would a accufab set up cost

The 75mm throttle body gives your car a bigger inlet to breath through and will not hurt your car. Its been discussed quite a bit on here, all it does is allow your engine to take in a greater amount of air and room to upgrade later on.
