new motor???? helpp


i have a motor out of lincoln navigator w/ the computer and all that good stuff, its the 5.4 motor. should i swap that in my 03gt. some ppl have told me you can make alot of power with it?

What year ?The biggest advantage with swaps like that is the n/a torque.

A friend of mine did a similar swap. It very costly . By the time you got it swapped ,you could have made more power with the 4.6

If you already have the engine do it. It's a better platform to build on than the 4.6L. Do a search on here. It's been done before on here with plenty of pics.

i think its a 2001. im not really worried too much about the money because i have the motor for free and im sure i could drop it in the car too its really the computer all the wiring and tune, stuff like that. what do you think?
