Naw the change-over to the mufflers sounds good. You'll get that Magnaflow sound and it won't be as loud as the packs... G/L

i almost had to change my exhasut years ago because my neighbors were bitching about my coming home late at night.......nothing shakes the house more then a 5.0 blasting Run DMC.....

wound up having to cruis in neutral all the way into the garage when i turned onto my block......had to have that shit timed just right otherwise i would have to stop in my driveway and wait for the door to open.

even got a note left on our garage once.....but within a week i had sold it and was in an 03GT that was stock.....

i can totally see how people can get riven crazy by it to though....the right set up can shake pictures on walls as u go by......

Haha, that same thing happend to me. My neighbor left a note with a picture of a muffler on it. it said "get a set of these or move out" so the next morning I backed up into their driveway, pulled out my 3 ton jack, jacked the rear up until the front lip was about to touch and pondd on their door. When the lady answered I handed her back her note and told her to learn what a muffler is, then pointed to my car. man you should have seen her face when she looked over my shoulder and saw my cars ass jacked up!!! She then threw the note at me and told me to get the fu&$ off of her proprerty....man, that was priceless.

Thank god she didn't ask about my cats.....

thats what it came down too.....my neighbors found out and so did the lady that lived above our garage. Inspection time was about 30 days away and i was twiddling my thumbs. Went to Ford 1 day and said i wanted a Cobra.....they laughed and told me i needed to find a SVT C. Ford dealership. Me being lazy went home with a GT.

Thats y this time around I'm going with a HiFlow pipe from UPR *Coughs*

Marc@UPR that story is priceless! My neighbors don't particularly love my car but no one is big enough to come over and say something. The guy across the street had to turn his car alarm sensitivity down because every time I left or came home I set off his car alarm. They always make a half serious joke about they fact that they always know when I'm coming or leaving.
My question for stang89 is why would you buy Magnapacks in the first place if you were worried about the volume of the car?

I just did my Exhaust yeterday, and it's loud as hell. I haven't had complaints yet, so far just compliment after compliment, but I live by a Church, so i'm expecting to get some complaints when I leave for work Sunday.

Why is the name of this thread 'midpipe' if it's about him changing his exhaust?

You know If your not trying to squeeze every last hp from Your Car and the stock pipe wasn't too loud.

Why Don't You go with a Prochamber or a catted H-pipe?
