Catted Mid Pipe & Headers

What is the best Catted mid pipe and Header combo. Price and soundwise.. looking to spend as least as possible for a good combo. I have Pypes Cat-back exhaust.

I have the SLP longtubes and Catted X. Not exactly the cheapest, but the sound and quality are amazing.

What type of headers do you want shorties or long tubes or what? I guess it all depends on the sound you are looking for. I'd second the SLP LT headers and catted X. Personally, I'm doing the Bassani mid-length headers and catted X. I don't want the clearance issues of long tube headers.

Bassani LTs and catted x. Definetly more expensive but worth the extra $$$ IMO.

Bassani doesn't make long tube headers.

my main concern is money and clearence. obviously I want HP and good sound but mustangs sound great no matter what. as long as it doesnt sound like shit and is cost effective. I don't have alot of $ to dump into especially when you take ito consideration having them installed as well as my next goal which is 4:10 and installation. but headers and mid pipe will be after that and I wanna get them at once and instlaled shortly there after.

For good quality at cheap prices, I would look into Mac, or BBK.

It's fine, because exhaust is all about your own sound preferences, and what you like. I was just wondering, because NBK has Magnapacks and loves them, and he never had any problems with raspyness that i'm aware of. Maybe regulars are raspy with an X-pipe, who knows. But if you like the sound you have with the Magnaflows, then stick with them bro.
