well check the oil and see if it has any water in it, I'd check the air intake pipe and look at it and see if it has any blow by in it (oil), check all around the car looking for any rust or misaligned panels, every space on the car should be pretty straight like the little space between the fender and the door should be identical on each side if not that's an indication it could've been wrecked, look at the spaces for that, check the levels of all the fluids ya can play with every single button in the car to see if it works, bring a cd and see if the cd player works... blah blah... look underneath the car and see if it has any damage anywhere, start the car see how it sounds rev it up listen for exhaust leaks, drive it around for like 30mins then park it and look at the exhaust see if it smokes at all, eh, about all I can think of... listen for any knocks or anything from the transmission or engine... with the clutch in or out...

sounds good i kinda got tricked when i bought my car. i bought from dealer if that makes a difference. well i spun out and had to replace the front fender last winter (chicago snow) and saw signs that it had ben repainted prb wrecked or something simliar to mine. It had clean car fax (still does) bc didnt report it bc it just cracked it. SO i guess u have to pay atention to all the little things. if i would have payed a little more atention to my car i would have noced them. I love my car so no hard feelings. but a time comes in a mans life when he wants something biger and better skip all the small talk go stright to the mach 1.

I own a 2003 Mach..It's a damn shame what that engine bay looks like. A lot of rust..What the heck is rust doing in the engine bay????? If your selling the car a least clean it up...That car has 50,000 hard miles on it for sure...Did you see those brake calipers....Was this car found in a LAKE????
