its for photo radar, when it flashes its supposed to blank your license plate out, by having like a high gloss lacquer or something on it

you shouldnt be blowin lights in the first place, but should you get a b.s. foto ticket most of the time they can confirm its you car and plate but its almost impossible to prove whos driving the car so just go to the judge and state that you werent driving the car. If you really want you can request to have a professional analyze the picture and btw its like CSI where they can get the answers outa anythin.

Just take your license plates off. If the cops pull up behind you, just speed away real quick like.

Oh. And wear a hat.

The tinted distortion covers are the only thing I've seen work. I got pulled over like 2 months ago because a cop thought I had them. Apparently any type of license plate cover is illegal in NYS. Who knew?

Yea they were also going to pass a law against having license plate frames, but i'm not sure if they did or not. I'm thinking no though, because when I bought my car in January, they put frames around my plates at Nemer, so who knows.

I know that, I was stating that they were talking about making the frames illegal. Re-read my post again, because you clearly missed what I was saying.
