white face gauges


ive been looking for gauges from american muscle and i want to know which ones are the best and if any jsut slip over the needles...

are these better http://www.americanmuscle.com/6glgagt99.html

or these http://www.americanmuscle.com/99-04-...se-gauges.html

and do they both slip over needles?

I dont think those reverse glow ones will slip over the needles - if you look at the pic, the holes are too small. UPR has reverse glow guages that will slip over the needles, but they cost alot more.

I'm not sure about the install question, but between those 2 I would go with the first set.

at first i wasnt really diggin the second set.. but in the pictures ppl submitted they actually look kinda cool

yea i like the second set better at night but the others set in the day...
im jsut tired of not being able to see my black gauges

Look around first though bro, because there are alot of different guages to choose from for our cars.

Get the Simco gauge cluster. It looks 10 times better. It cost a lot more though.

Check out Caribbean Custom Designs.com thats where i just got mine..the guy can do just about any color..he was real helpfull with sending me pics and explaing what i could do in what colors...took him along time to actually do the gagues but i wasnt in a big hurry and im happy with what i got. Im installing them right now as soon as i figure out this headligh knob!! ill post up some pics when its finished.

the second one looks good it be better to choose if there were pics of the first ones at night but hey both look good go with what you feel you like more and when you put it on get some pics

Ive got the silver face reverse glow from UPR. Ill sell ya a set of brand new white face el glow guages from upr for fiddy bucks if you drive down and get em
