found a v6
I drive about 90 miles a day now since im going to work and school at night and it sux to put all the miles on it, I found a 95 mustang v6 for sale with 88k for $1900. New radiator hoses and cap, new brake pads, new tires, alignment done, new oxygen sensor. I dont no anything about the v6's. Is this high mileage where its going to dollar me to death? what you guys think.

It should be fine. I would try to dicker them down though, and see if maybe they would take $1500 for it or something like that. But for a DD it would be ok.

It should be ok. My buddys girlfriend had a 97 V6 with 190 some odd thousand miles, and never really had any major problems. Just the usual tune-ups, checking fluids, changing oil, brakes etc....Just check everything over, test drive it etc, and you'll know from there if it's gonna be worth it or not. |

Sounds like bull snout! I would do as the other guys say get em lower or look elsewhere! I got a 93 5.0 5spd for 2,500 and it was originally 3,100 (It met the front of a tree and got totaled). Just point out the imperfections and the things you might have to replace!
