changing trans fluid with royal purple

I was going to change my trany fluid because i have 100k plus miles on the tranny. I wanted to put royal purple in it but cant fine how to change it or check to see if its low cause when i go to shift its really rough and sometime grinds. Any help with this would be good.

there is a fill plug and a drain plug on the transmission..

but you need a pump device to add more fluid.

I would just drain it and pour in more through the shifter.

it takes about 5.5 quarts.

A fluid change is not going to fix your 100,000 mile trany woes.
