I know what your saying its crazy all the people on here that love there cars and get shit for it from other people. My mom always says you spend to much time and money on that car. I just go I could be spending my money on something else would you rather have me out there with the rest of the kids from my old high school smoking weed and drinking all the time. Or would you rather have me in the garage with dad building and throwing new parts at my car. She goes yeah I guess your right. Because all those kids I am talking about they got no were and are doing nothing and I am 8 hours away from home going to college right now. I think everyone needs to get have a love for something like this in their lives. I belive my dad getting me into cars and spending time with him made me turn out the way I am today.

HUH! Well, if I were you I would fill up on some fix a flat and try somewhere else. Even our local AAA wrecker truck has a things to remove locking lug nuts without the hex key.

a dedicated tire shop would have lock keys for all. Pep Boys sucks! BTW, I just got a pair of 315/35/17 nitto's 555r's for $380 out the door! I mean balanced, mounted, NEW! good find of this local tire shop. They come in tomorrow. I hope they are the right thing.

Yeah we do live in Indy man there has got to be alot of places around that might have a key. Are the stock factory lug nuts if so go to the Ford dealership. They might even have one that fits yours even if it is aftermarket. I got one for my car in my car but I dont know if it will fit yours. Its for aftermarket locking lugs

I'm actually taking it to my mechanic Friday and he's just gonna fix it right there. He has a special bit that bites down and removes it somehow... so i'll have to just get another lug... but thats ok.

$380 is KILLER for those nittos man! Where did they find them?

It turns out, my lugnuts have a lug nut locks, and i DONT HAVE THE SPECIAL SPROCKET KEY!!!! i called the previous owner and he doesnt have it either. So i called mcgard (ppl who made the lugnut locks) and i have to make a cast out of clay, making an impression and send it in so they can match it. It could take up to 2 months they said!!! WTF am i supposed to do? I have a job, school, football, and social shit on the weekends... and my stang is my daily driver. This sucks major guys...

This happened to me with my older GT, I cut the wheel locks off with bolt cutters (carefully so as not to damage the spindles) but Ford is the best choice to have them do it cause they probably wont damage your rims when taking the locks off. But I agree any garage should be able to do it, Pep Boys is the least reliable place to have ANYthing done.
