Funny noise and jerking...

I recently had some work done on my car by Ford (replaced clutch, throw out bearing, & resurfaced flywheel). And now my car makes a buzzing sound, that seems to some from the drive train, when it's cold and when I accelerate at low rpms (1200 and below). Also when I accelerate slightly aggressively around a turn, not enough to get any spin though, my car makes a small jerk... it almost feels like my tires were barely spinning and then caught traction but I know they are not spinning. Are these two problems related??? I will be taking my car back to Ford so they can fix it, but I would like to know if the work they did can cause this issue so they will have to fix it, or if I'm gonna have to get ready to replace something and what I will have to replace.

My clutch is only 2000 miles old, and the pressure plate, and the throwout bearing, and my flywheel was resurfaced. The noise almost sounds like somethings loose. Like metal buzzing against metal. It's not outrageously loud def noticable.
