Will it work?

If I wanted to take off my magnapacks and put on some Flowmasters can I just buy the muffler and use the piping that is already there for the magnapacks or do I just have to buy the whole kit?

you can just buy the mufflers.

but you would need to cut and weld them in.

if you cut them right you can probably just use exhaust clamps to interchange the mufflers. you might have to have a short piece of pipe welded on the flows to make it work.

Are you looking to drop your volume a lot? Seems like a waste of money IMO. The Packs exhaust are only bolted on, but I don't know if the blowmasters will just fit in place or not. They may need to be welded as said above.
