I think 60 to 100 hp should be very obtainable. I just hate it when more cubes blows by you down the straight and the guy can't drive a nail. I'd say you can get the hp you desire with just bolt ons...T/B, upper plenum or full intake, full length headers, Cold air induction, full flow inlet pipe, no Cat X-pipe, and a good tune, etc. I'm new to the 4.6 arena, but I went with the ProDryer.
Im making over 300rwhp with ported heads, cams, bolt-ons, LT headers, exhuast...with boltons and exhuast you should make at least 300 flywheel.

I have the max grip box... damn what a difference. I'm set up more for aggressive street than track but it handles both very well.

You're gunna love it.

What a blast! After a couple of sessions we got the car pretty dialed in. I was having so much hanging with the miata/vette/bimmer boys.

A couple of the miata guys came over and asked me what I had in the car to make it corner like that. They said they were used to mustangs beating them down the straights but not n the corners. Not today! LOL!

What track did you take it to? Willow? What kind of lap times were ya turnin'? Is your car street legal? If it is, you should bring it down to Mulhullond and Valley Circle off of the 101 on Sunday mornings. I just got back from there. Tons of Ferraris, Shelbys, Saleens, Astons, Lambos, etc. There was a real GT40 there this morning. License plate said, FERRARI HO. Lots of cops but they leave the rich crowd alone...lol. The cops are just as entertained as the rest of us. There is also a new Lambo/Lotus Dealer on the other side of the freeway. Guaranteed to be an entertaining morning for ya.

Hey Guys!

It's lunch break time here at Buttonwillow so I'm sending this from my phone. Sorry if there are any typos! Buttonwillow had a 2 for 1 special that coincided perfectly with me doing the test and tune on the car. 2 days for the price of 1. Love it! Today I've been messing with tire pressures to see what is the best setup for the car. I can't say enough about how much better the car drives and corners. The Miata guys I was talking to yesterday came over in the morning when I had the car on jackstands and was readjusting the PHB. They wanted to see what I had under the car! Hahahaha!!

GS,

I don't have a transponder on the car so I haven't been able to really time it. Yes, the car is street legal. Maybe next sunday if I'm not to busy I'll take it over there. If I do I'll PM you and maybe we can meet face to face! Sounds like lots of fun!

John

Using your ride as a daily driver? How harsh is it on the streets?

Do you know if you can use the coilover kit from MM on Koni Double Adjustables? I would like to have the ultimate full adjustability suspension set up. Thanks.

They have a Koni set that does work for Koni Adjustables. The only problem is that, unless you go bilstein with the custom valving it is hard to get a very high spring rate. You have limites to the 300 range. If you wanted a non adjustable set up, the custom valved bilsteins are pretty hard to beat.
