FI. I've asked this before but I'm stumped
I don't know whether to go with a KB supercharger or a twin turbo setup. One day I want one the other day i want the other. I cant afford either at the moment, nor forged internals but i like to plan things out before i get them so pros and cons of each please? and where do both get most of the power in the rpm range?

with a kb, you'll have power at all times, it tends to taper off a bit in the very high rpms (5000+) and with a turbo you'll have extreme power 3500+ really dependes on wat setup you have though. The bigger the turbo, the longer the boost will take to spool up, the smaller, the quicker.

depends on your goals and usage of the car.
if its going to be a DD then kb is probably better if its going to be a summer leisure car id go with TT

Boost gets you laid

actually, twin turbos will be more driveable than a KB.

They will both be DD, but KB will be more fun.

well the turbos i thought had more maintenance and them being positioned right behind the front bumper, it seems like a pain in the ass to access to.

They offset with more power and better performance over the KB. Can't win them all.

your car can only handle so much on stock internals and what not so you might as well save yourself 2grand and get the KB. I have the same issue I change my mind day to day but me being a broke muh fuggah 2 grand is 2 grand.. Plus from what I hear from asking around the shops and even the guy who sells HP TT's if not kept up properly can be a huge pain in the @$$

yeah id probably only be able to run the turbo at 7 psi but on a stock motor id still run the same hp / tq usually so in that sense it really doesnt make a difference, i love the whine of a sc, but the blow off valve of a turbo
