mustangs have not had 55mm MAFs since 1993 on the regular 5.0s , the 94 5.0s got 70mm MAF and 96 4.6 cars and up got 80mm housings

your stock MAF is 80mm , its not upgrading anything , only thing its going to do is cause you to have to get a custom tune with a custom MAF curve , which is going to cost you money , so its going to cost you extra money for EXACTLY ZERO HORSEPOWER not a good investment ......its not bigger so there for its not going to flow anymore air than whats already on the car ....get your money back or sell it to someone with an older 5.0 that came with a smaller MAF ...

It means it's locked and it costs $150 to unluck it.

i would go with the gears that should be a must. don't get the tune until you put the gears in and header so you can give the tuner the comb.
