coil on plug

i seen in the summit book that changing to there coil on plug would give about 10 to 15 hp, is that true,what about the msd cop.an whatst he best plug wire an spark plugs for these cars

we diobnt have a plug wires, the cop like msd can give back power in big fi apps, becasue at high rpms a lot of sprak gets blown out and you dont get full use of the gas and rpms. so the cop makes a stroner spark therefor getting all of the fuel burnt up. dont buy granetellis, and dont buy them if your not making more than 500 hp, if you must though buy the msd

well then whats that thing on the bottom of the coil packs,looks like a plug wire to me,its like4 or 5 inches long

Its just a rubber boot, with basically a spring inside of it that presses against the spark plug.
