Glasspacks
I've heard they can really make your car louder and give it alot of pop. Whats a decent brand and info on em. Right now i have hedman shortys, magnaflow catted x pipe. And that gives me a very low tone on my 00GT, but i want it a lot louder and more pop to it.

A friend of mine had a 2002 gt auto with not sure what brand glasspacks. Didn't sound good at all on outside of car but on inside sounded badass. If you want it to be loud and to pop then glasspacks are the way to go. Sounded more like a redneck truck than anything. Cherrybomb makes them.

i shot it at a subdivision that is starting to be built right now. there are plenty of those around here. i now have mac long tubes and prochamber.

Its expensive, but worth every penny.

I love that setup (the first vid you put up) You said you had magnapacks on that setup? Right now I have hedman shortys, magnaflow catbacks, and a catted xpipe. What mufflers did you have with that setup, and how much do the cost, I might look into gettin the magnapacks on mine, or the cherrybombs.

it had stock manifolds, magnaflow tru-x and magnapack cat back. i havent heard a mid pipe that sounded the same as it. the exhaust was on the car when i bought it.

I might go with flowmaster 40's instead of glasspacks because I heard you lose a ton of back pressure with glasspacks and I don't want to mess up my car in the long run. And from what it seems, the 40 series are loud as crap too, will they work with my setup???

the 40 series and borla stingers are very loud! And they sound like sex. SLP probably makes the loudest but sounds like ass.

I'm prolly gunna go with the 40's. But will I need a tune? because I don't want to lose back pressure, and it wear my engine. I think I'll be fine because it's not like there glasspacks or anything, they still have chamber walls and such inside.

You don't need a tune for muffler swap. You will not hurt your motor changing mufflers and backpressure. The Flowmasters really don't help power, they just sound good. I have them on mine. If your lookin for sound, then flows. If your lookin for a power increase, then go with a straight through muffler like Magnaflow.
