there are only 2 things you can do.

run a wheel spacer (which may or may not work)
or buy new rims.

you can get spacers all over the internet and as for what size I have no clue what you need.

I don't even know what wheels you bought.

they should fit just fine then.

they are a direct OE replacement item.

the rotors/calipers are the same size as a stock 03 Cobra's
if you have real 03 cobra spec rims it will fit just fine.

the width doesn't matter any.

it's the size and backspacing.

you already got the brakes?

try them on.

yep...13 inch in the front and 11 inch in the back. Just got my eradispeeds on and they fit like a dream.. look sick too..and i run a 17x9 and 17x10.5. you should be fine as long as you get the 11s for the back...

I have a 2001 BULLITT, which came with 13" in front and 11" in the back. 17" won't fit even with spacers, better off to swap to the 11" for the back, or maybe check with AM and go to a 18" wheel.
