my pos wont start!!!

got mad at the track, threw my keys and now the damn thing wont start. it started off a good day and went down hill after the 2nd run. after i threw the keys, i went to start the car and it wouldnt start. my diablo says theft detected, vehicle imoblized. the code wont clear, i ended up killing the battery. i put a charge on it but now when i try to start it, it just clicks like the battery is dead. the code is still on it, the battery shows 13.6 votls, big cable on starter got 13 volts, now i am lost. anyone know anything about this?

thats shitty man, the only way to get a new key programmed is to take it to the dealer.

well it wont even crank now. i know the pats wont let it start, but it will turn over and act like its giving an effort. the mutha f***er just clicks now. i will take off the starter in the morning and go have it tested. if i remember right it was like $65 per key, and is another $100 for a starter. i believe there is a way to program yourself if you have 2 keys, but wont work with only one.

Take a look at your cables going to the starter...are they tight? The key would have nothing to do with a weak start...does it click if you try to jump it? Also take a mallet or something blunt and bang it against the soleinoid, see if that will get your starter cranking again.

Now granted you might be fighting two battles at once on this one...but the cranking should be normal.

i already checked the wires on the starter, the connectors are on the wires good. i have heard the of the little wire giving people a fit, and setting the anti theft because of it. i am afraid i am fighting 2 battles at the same time too ! i wish i could just sell this f#*!ing car, i hate the damn thing, now more than ever! i just sunk a good chunk of money in the car, i figured it would show a little more appreciation than this!
