they are a bit harder to install than FRPP gears but they will work just fine if you have a good mech.

the gears are made a little different.
I believe it's the cut of the gear.

set you depth. check pattern. if ok move on, if not reset depth. |

get frpp gears...I've heard too many stories about motive gears whinin and making noises.

im a mech, and imo if the gear lash and pinion are set up right it shouldnt wine...plus make sure there is proper lubrication

motive gears whine because they're harder for mechanics to install, not because of the quality of the gears themselves. if the gears whine after they've been installed, then you shouldn't pay the mech because he did a shitty job. i've got Motives, and they don't whine at all...

Same with me a have motive gear and i dont hear it at all.. meaby because of the exhaust and sc I dont know..
