Question On Idle Problem


so ive been having an idle problem and cant really drive it on the bullitt, i checked the IAC valve and its actually brand new, previous guy must of put one on there and its not dirty at all... any ideas on why its still idling high? i started it up and it was around 1500 and it idled down to 900-1000 im just afraid if i do take it out it will get worse when im driving it ? im working on it now so any quick answers will be very apprish.
