Can i hit high 13's with race bullits, hi-flo cats, custom x-pipe, cold air induction and 3.73's with out a tune?

Auto or 5 speed? Street tires or drag radials. Also the track prep and elevation will play a roll in your times as well as your driving skill. Post some additional info so we can make a better assessment.

high 13's
auto w/streets. I live in deep south texas so i'm at like 0 elevation. The air is humid and thick...my street skills are tight...ive taken out a few camaros on the street but my E/T's havent come out so good cuz i'm not good off the line...the lights make me nervous.

i say you should cause you don't have much to do but hit the gas. i did 13.6 with a shifter, off-road h-pipe and mac cat-back. stock tires.

its an auto though and i cant find a shift kit for the year so i've gotta stick with the stock shifter. also, should i take out my hi-flo cats and go completely off-road or are the power gains not worth the noise?

just stall it up to as high as you can on stock. i think its around 1500 rpms and go from there.
