Mach 1 Hood Question
So this would probably look stupid but ill ask anyway. With a mach 1 hood, would it fit over top of a kb 2.6 supercharger? because it says you need the cobra r hood or some type of cowl but if this would work i think it'd be alot better.

I'm just guessing here but I'll say no. There's not much clearance between the shaker and the hood. If you can, then I am glad I am wrong.

no i mean like...no shaker
almost like the supercharger replaces the shaker. if that makes sense.

Most likely. Look up the external dimensions of a KB supercharger and I'll measure the extra heigth provided by the hump in the Mach hood. Then you've got your answer.
I also know they make a KB for a Mach and the stock hood and shaker are still there and functional. So it seems like the s/c would fit under the shaker completely.

I don't see why not. The external diameters can't be that much larger than any other model.
