how much of a difference would i see in 1/4 times with 4:10s on a stock manual 04 gt?

+2! Maybe a little less though. Depends on what tires you plan on running. 4.10s and "plain 'ole street tires" are going to have some difference on opinion as far as traction goes.

if your on street tires dont expect 1/2 a second... u'll spin your ass off 1st-2nd with streets... if you want good results with 4.10's get a good ol set of MT ET Streets lol, or Nitto DRs

I don't spinning is going to be a huge problem with no other mods...

Im waiting for it, stock rearend except 4.10s on slicks launching at 5000. hehehe

anyway I saw a drop of .4 seconds with 4.10s!
