HID install help

I just bought a kit that I thought ws plug n play and well it doesn't seem that way (my fault for not being careful, saw an ebay ad from the same guy and that one said plug n play and then bought it off a diff. site). Anyway this is the site http://fashtek.com/
I bought the $199 kit.

The instructions suck and I cannot figure out how to get power to the lights i.e. when I turn on the switch the lights turn on..... Also there are green and black wires w/ pin ends that I have no clue where they go.

Plug into the factory Harness that the lightbulbs (OEM) ones are in now

And add the extra fuse that came with the kit
