Ok Im Clueless


i have a gt and a stock v6. well i spun a rod in my gt so i just bought a new motor but what i want to know is can i rebuild the motor and drop my gt motor in my v6? will it bolt up to the tranny? i really want to make a sleeper out of my v6...will it be to much of a pain in the ass?

depends on what you mean by rebuild and what you wanna save.

imo just get a new rotating assembly and rebuild it.

basics
youll need all your engine wiring and if its stick youll need diff belhousings. dont know on autos if they all will bolt up or what. mounts. exhaust.

well they are both auto. i want to put a v8 in but will the v6 tranny bolt up to the v8 or will i have to buy a new tranny

just buy a new rear bumper, take off your GT badges, swap wheels and put a quiet exhaust... seems cheaper to fix the GT in my opinion.... of course a lot of people on here are balling outta control and can afford to do random stuff
