Where would be the best place to get a short block that will handle 1500 rwhp?

i dont think the 96-98 internals will handle 1500rwhp

the new mmff talks a little bit about the teksid

i did read the september mm&ff and it has a cobra motor at 1000 hp... but that is really really pushing it.. and i want something that is gonna be safe at 1000 hp. i want to order a short block. then order heads and cams and all that later.... but im tryin to get my stuff in line that way when i get ready i will have part numbers and all ready to order them
