Engine No-Start

Alright so last night my car decided to lock the ignition... it took me a while to figure out the PATS system had disabled the ignition. So after trying to start it over a dozen times or so, i reset the computer, and went to get a jump and it started right away. Then I took it to Autozone, where the battery tested bad, so i replaced it. Guess what? It still wont start now, just clicks a time then wont click anymore....buttt, it'll start right up with a jump, or when i connect 2 batteries. The new battery tested good, fyi. Any guess what's wrong with it? Im thinking either the started solenoid or the starter. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
