Slotted Or Drilled Or Both?

I dont plan on seeing track times anytime soon. I dont accelerate and stop at every other light (lol). So would any of these applications do me any good or am i better off getting SS brake lines and some hawk pads? Btw what do you guys think of the pro stop slotted rotors? any good? dont drilled rotors crack in time? are they even meant for regular street use?

"Due to the high stress and temperatures of racing these hoses are considered a safety requirement for all vehicles which are raced since the high heat generated during track use may cause failure of the stock rubber hoses"

I know this states its for racing but over at the registry and some people with gts have claimed an improvement in braking. Firm, and hard! more reliable too.

More specifically, steel braided brake hoses give you a firmer pedal because there is less hose bulge or flexing under (racing) hard braking conditions. I installed them on my car.

#1 - For Street, Cross drilled and slotted brakes won't really make much of a difference other than looking cool through your wheels. SS Brake lines, as stated in other posts, are good if you think you'll be having heat issues. For street, you shouldn't have heat issues that serious. Depending on the compound the Hawk pads will chew through your rotors pretty quickly.
#2 - See #1
#3 - Drilled rotors have had a tendency to crack but it really depends on the heat cycles you run the rotors through.
#4 - As far as gaining any real amount of performance or better stopping, no! Drilled rotors are meant to dissipate heat away from the rotor but some have said that drilling also takes away valuable surface area that can be used for braking performance. I doubt you will get your brakes hot enough on the street to have cross dirlled and slotted rotors make that much of a difference.
