no, the stock maf is 80mm and stock injectors are 24lb.

the injectors that came on this motor had pinkish tops i looked them up and it said they were 21lbs

If you go with the cam, I would suggest a Hitech cam- not because of the manufacturer, but they are the only people I have seen distributing cams that are actually ground for NA applications. Comp and Crower's off the shelf cams leave alot to be desired for true NA performance.

a nice lobed cam sounds hot... but do both of course..

oh and you dont tell the guy that handed your butt to you on a platter anything,.. just dont squeez every ten minutes so have juice left when you actually race..

no they are not! i thought that for a while too, but i was wrong. it is 80mm, and the upgrade is 85mm.

i had this debate and im doing cams in my car. i wanted the power there all the time and its legal. eventually i might do nitrous but for now im just doing cams with P&P heads

boy,ford is confusing.when I called Ford awhile back checking on a new maf,they said they used 3 different ones, 99-00 were 80mm with built in iat,2001 was 80mm with no iat sensor,02-04 was 85mm all had different part #'s. they said they used the bigger maf because they apparrenty had bigger inj.

sometimes this crap can give me a headache

They all use 19 lb. injectors. Someone gave you some misinformation.

there was a topic not too long ago on this. even guys with the 04's were saying theirs was an 80mm. 02+ did have the 6 pin conversion on theirs, but everywhere is got info shows it still being an 80mm. just take a ruler that has mm measurements and go look. most people at the stealerships arent 100% accurate either.
