You have seen A car, when there are COUNTLESS number of cars that do put it in the oil, and have no problem. You just have to get your oil changed pretty soon afterwards.

So since I did't put it in the oil, but I did put some in the gas and vacuum line, should I go ahead and change the oil soon?

and yes change your oil anyway, seafoam is loosening up all kinds of carbon build up all along the combution chambers and in the heads, carbon could get in the oil so change it right away

I honostly have never once heard that seafoam makes ur bearings go bad... whoever had that car must have been an idiot and put something else in there... seafoam is just 100% petrolium, wont do anything bad at all. It wouldnt be so popular with everyone here if it harmed your car i would still change your oil by Wed though, because you dont want to risk a fat old chunk of carbon clogging anything lol (very very unlikely)

I have had my seafoam in my oil for about 150 miles. Nothing bad yet. I also had just changed my oil, Royal Purple synthetic! I dont put but maybe 250 miles on my car everymonth, and now with the snow and everything, around 50-75 a month. So i will be draining it and puting new oil in it next month when i do my ported heads and custom cams!

Boomer is porting my heads as we speak! Complete custom job for a N/A route that will work well with nitrous. And he also speced out a set of cams for me! Complete custom top end basically minus the intake. Hooker longtube headers and matching O/R X will be going on at the same time, and possibly a UPR K member!

I don't change my oil when I seafoam through the manifold and gas tank. I am not sure where it could get into the oil doing that. If it worries you and you think it might need an oil change, you might want to wait till you run the rest of it out of the tank.
