Almost Died Today...

Well.....not really but I was doing about 40 in the street on the way to work and my hood popped open and bashed my windshield pretty good.

I had to replace the windshield and now I'm looking for a replacement hood.

Anyone know someone wanting to get rid of an silver '03 GT hood?

I consider you very lucky. I worked for a guy once whose wife and son were killed when the hood popped open on the interstate.

there was a POS chevy at the track with a kid driving it at the High School Drags, His hood flew up, and he kept going and only stopped after he made it past the 1/4 mark! lol

damn only 40? i popped my hood once and 4got to open and close it, and it took until 70 mph until it started to float
