Intakes


ive been looking at the intake plenums for my 02 and i think im gonna go with c&l plenum and maf with bbk 75mm tb and k&n cai any experience with these?

oh the main reason for this post was to see if their is any beneficial lower intake upgrades i dont plan on having boost but will be on the bottle

your plastic pi intake will be okay for awhile. its reall only gonna be beneficial to change it if you are making a shit ton of power. the stock pi intake is pretty hard to improve on. if you must change it, go with the thphoon from professional prducts. also with the plenum go with the accufab all the way around. or you can have your stock one ported. the ported stock plenum will flow as well as all of them except the accufab! good luck and also since your gonna boost later on, go with the 75mm

How much of a gain does that accufab intake actually give you, I haven't upgraded my intake plenum yet, though I think I have every other bolt on you can get without forced induction.

itd not going to make a huge difference unless you are blown. i mean if your flowing a lot more air like with cams and shit, you need it becasue the stock one is restricting to a high flowing engine
